Product Description:
The GWC multilayer belt dryer is engineered to perfection, offering specialized drying for various forms of root and leafy vegetables. Featuring a dynamic three-layer and five-layer design, each layer's temperature can be tailored to the unique properties of the materials for optimal drying.
Operational Excellence: The multilayer conveyor dryer operates on a principle of controlled material flow. Materials, uniformly spread by a hopper, are conveyed to the top layer, moving consistently through each layer. Cold air, introduced by dual axial fans, traverses from bottom to top, heated by layer-specific heaters, enabling efficient moisture evaporation. The saturated air is then expelled outdoors, ensuring a continuous drying process.
Material Movement and Process Flow:
Our five-layer conveyor dryer starts with materials elevated to the top by a conveyor. These materials traverse each layer, moving from end to end, descending layer by layer, until they are finally discharged from the lowest layer, ensuring comprehensive and uniform drying throughout the process.
